The idea is that you become a member, or business builder, and for a payment of $99 you can use the website they provide, to shop. You will then earn cash back on your purchases, and those of your family and friends, of between 1-30%. You will be charged an annual fee of $69 to keep and maintain your website.
They have some good companies on their sites, who you probably buy from already, such as Bloomingdales, Expedia, Home Depot and Budget. These are just a handful of the 1,400+ high profile brand names they are associated with. Their company motto is "Shop, Save and Simplify!".

Another big aspect of this company are their green products. They call them "Shop To Earth" and there is a minimum monthly purchase requirement of $100 from this, to ensure you receive your commission cheques.
The other side of this business is when you can become a "broker", this will cost you $448 and for this you will get your website with all the products and also the chance to recruit more business builders and brokers, in other words this is a "Multi Level Marketing" (MLM) company. You will earn a commission on your teams earnings.
There is an annual fee of $119 at this level, and again you need to make the minimum purchase of $100 a month with the "Shop To Earth" products.
The main requirement for this plan to work, is to make sure lots of people find your website each day. Not so easy in practise!
There is another way!
If you were to build your own website, and sign up to a number of companies, such as Google Adsense, Clickbank and the Amazon affiliate program, you can make as much, if not more.
The trick is to find a company to host your site that will help you build high traffic, as without lots of people visiting your site each day, you will not sell much.
